During the manufacturing stage, meticulous checks are carried out, starting with material entry control, followed by cutting and bending control, manufacturing control, welding control, and paint control.

The manufacturing process consists of four main sections: welded manufacturing, machined manufacturing, painting, and automation systems. At SKYMIX Concrete Plants, production quality is ensured by welding carried out entirely by certified welders, meticulous painting after sandblasting, single or twin-shaft mixers designed to achieve high efficiency and the desired quality mixture in all types of concrete production, and an automation system utilising SIEMENS technology.
